Meet Cheryl Jones...
Before training as a craniosacral therapist, I worked as a marine biologist, with great whales in Canada, on environmental projects in Asia and in outreach education in the Hebrides. My life changed when I was involved in a road traffic accident which resulted in surgery and trauma. Craniosacral therapy played a key role in my recovery and consequently, I trained as a craniosacral therapist.
Over the past decade, I have seen many positive effects of craniosacral therapy whether assisting babies after their birth experience, supporting adults during difficult phases of life or providing relief for particular conditions.
Originally from Swansea, I’m now living in mid Wales and would be happy to explore with you the enhanced well-being that can be gained through craniosacral therapy.
